Precision AirConvey integrates static control into converting

Converting equipment manufacturer Precision AirConvey has unveiled a line of static neutralizing and charging products. Featuring active static neutralizing bars, passive static neutralizing bars, charge generators, electrostatic spot chargers and the BarStat Ionicflow System, along with a slate of accessories, the PAC static control product line is claimed to offer a solution for rapid neutralization in virtually any trim handling, web handling or other comparable application.

‘The PAC static control product line effectively prevents webs from attracting dust and dirt, permits sheeted materials to stack easily, and enables cut trim and waste material to flow smoothly while safeguarding personnel and equipment from potentially deadly explosions due to spark formation,’ said the company in a statement.
