Turkey-based PSA manufacturer, Organik Kimya, has launched an environmentally friendly adhesive, Orgal RW 30400. It is a coater-ready, Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APEO)-free acrylic emulsion tailored for permanent label applications.
Formulated with a high percentage of renewable raw materials, this unique composition delivers enhanced performance while maintaining a strong environmental profile—proving that sustainability and functionality can coexist seamlessly.
Certified under the stringent European Compostable Packaging Standard (EN 13432), Orgal RW 30400 enables the production of compostable labels that meet industrial composting requirements and decompose without leaving harmful residues. As part of Organik Kimya's commitment to the circular economy, the new adhesive contributes to waste reduction and material recovery through compostable, renewable design.
To support its customers, the company operates its pilot coater with versatile application methods such as Meyer-Bar, Reverse Roll, Reverse Gravure and Doctor Blade Coating. This facility enables coating optimization and the evaluation of key performance metrics, ensuring a smooth transition from lab to production.
