Samyoung Special Printing invests in second Hontec flexo press

Samyoung Special Printing has purchased a second Hontec FlexiCon350-10C flexographic press to address growing demand in the shrink sleeve label market.

The Korean label converter installed its first Hontec FlexiCon350-8C press six months ago, dedicated to IML (in-mold label) printing. The press has delivered exceptional performance and productivity, supporting the company's rapid business growth.

The new FlexiCon350-10C is equipped with a SPG rotary silk screen unit, enabling the application of high-value silk screen effects on shrink sleeve labels. This enhancement opens up new possibilities for premium packaging applications requiring tactile and visual embellishments.

Samyoung Special Printing has expressed long-term confidence in Hontec's technology and reliability. The company plans to invest in a total of five Hontec flexo presses within the next two to three years as part of its strategic expansion.
