Excelitas brings UV LED and IR range to Loupe
VeriCure water-cooled LED system among highlights for label and packaging converters.
Excelitas will showcase its portfolio of UV curing and IR drying technologies for labels and packaging at Loupe Americas 2026.
Excelitas’ expanded portfolio now offers customers a full spectrum of technologies, from UV to IR, to better support label and packaging applications. As a single-source provider, Excelitas offers UV LED curing systems, infrared emitters and systems, medium pressure UV arc lamps, UV microwave curing systems and spot curing systems.
Excelitas experts will be on hand at booth 6305 to highlight and discuss featured products.
This includes Phoseon VeriCure UV LED curing lamps. Designed for wide-format label, packaging and industrial manufacturing applications, VeriCure lamps deliver uniform UV LED curing to support increased production speeds, high-quality cure performance and reduced operating costs. Available in a wide range of sizes, these water-cooled lamps support high-performance applications while improving energy efficiency and minimizing maintenance requirements.
Phoseon Nexus II UV LED air- and water-cooled systems are suitable for flexographic printing applications. Nexus II delivers the highest total UV power output to achieve increased print speeds, increased press uptime and double the product lifetime. Nexus II comes with real-time remote monitoring capabilities for Industry 4.0.
Phoseon FireJet UV LED air-cooled lamps are capable of curing at high speeds for small, medium and grand format digital printing systems. FireJet is suitable for many large single-pass UV inkjet applications.
Phoseon FireLine UV LED water-cooled lamps are designed for a wide variety of web/conveyor-based UV curing applications. The FireLine architecture is designed to allow the systems to be scalable and build up to 2 meters in length.
The Noblelight Infradry compact IR heating system is suitable for label and packaging applications that utilize water-soluble inks and coatings with water-based inks.
Noblelight Amba mercury arc lamps, available in various lengths and power classes, are suitable for use as replacement UV curing lamps for a wide range of labels and packaging applications.
