Cartes to showcase seven converting machines at Labelexpo Europe 2025
Italian manufacturer showcases advanced embellishment and laser cutting technology.

Cartes has revealed a selection of seven converting and embellishment finishing machines it will display at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Hall 3, Booth 3D101, featuring configurations that combine digital embellishment technology with laser converting systems and conventional printing units.
The showcase includes the GE363VJL, built on the Gemini platform and equipped with a coating unit, the company's Digital Embellishment Technology 'Jet D-Screen' and the Cartes Laser Converting System to finish labels without tools.
'These configurations represent our commitment to advancing label embellishment capabilities,' said the company.
The GT365WHSSR, based on the GT360 platform, features semi-rotary flexo, hot stamping, flatbed silk screen printing and semi-rotary die-cutting units. The GT367WSHSJRH combines seven units with special devices to embellish labels built by multiple layers, mixing conventional units with the JDS 'Jet D-Screen' technology for raised and metallic doming effects.
For shorter runs, the GE364VHWR offers four units, including full and semi-rotary flexo, flatbed hot stamping, and semi-rotary die-cutting. The GE363WJR pairs semi-rotary flexo coating with 'Jet D-Screen' technology and semi-rotary die cutting.
The GE362WL features dual laser technology with 'Invisible Laser Cutting' capabilities and automatic workflow systems including barcode reading, auto-slit and turret rewinding processes. The entry-level GE361L Star provides laser converting in a compact configuration
