Pantone Queen - 60 years of color matching

Pantone Queen - 60 years of color matching
Just in time for the Olympics, and in the 60th year of her reign, advertising agency Leo Burnett London, UK print services supplier Precision Printing, and color specialist Pantone have developed a numbered shade guide to the Queen's most memorable choices of color throughout her time on the throne.
The creative companies have assembled a limited edition pigment manual picturing the Queen's six decades on the British throne.

The small, Queen-shaped book was printed by Precision Printing using HP Indigo technology, and is comprised of 60 separate images picturing varying pigments.

Beginning with color choices dating back to the Queen's coronation, each of the individual shade references include the date and location of that particular outfit.

Images of Her Majesty's wardrobe selections were matched by Pantone's emulation system, achieving exact color matching from the pantone shade range.

EskoArtwork’s Jan De Roeck shared this video on Twitter this morning, so credit must go to him for bringing it to my attention.
